Another KATT Update - 05-25-2012 9:43 pm
I have relocated to Seattle, WA., so I haven't really had much time to develop anything in the past couple of weeks. Today, though, I finally got the chance to sit down and develop for a few hours. In that time I worked on Kill all the Things, our HTML5 experament game. Most of what I did was back-end stuff, but, I really fleshed out the leveling system, as well as truly defined level 1 and the first type of enemy.
On top of all that boring back-end bulogna, I asked our local artist Tyler Madden to make me some sprite work to make our game a little more appealing. What he came up with was pretty cool! The first enemy type, off of Tylers idea, have 2 different strength types. Those enemies with powerful attack have a sleek paint job, where as the weaker enemy has a plain green skin. Beyond that the player got a reskin and looks pretty awesome! I am stoaked with the new images Tyler did and I am hoping to make sprites for all of the ammunition soon!
Anyway, this is just an update on the games progress. I am sure players will enjoy the graphical updates to the sprites
